Was composed of men from the New England States and northern New York State and was stationed at Camp Devens, Massachusetts.

Background

National Army formed at Camp Devens, MA.  Movement overseas commences 3 July 1918 and is completed by 8 August 1918.  The 302d Infantry Regiment, 151st FA Brigade, 301st Engineer Regiment, 301st Field Signal Battalion, 301st Supply Train and 301st Sanitary Train function independently of the rest of the Division, which becomes the 3d Depot Division.
